Commercial Real Estate Disclosures in Washington: What Sellers Need to Know

In Washington, sellers of commercial property must provide a seller disclosure statement (Form 17 Comm) detailing property information as required by RCW 64.06.013. This applies to most transactions, except foreclosures and certain transfers. Sellers must disclose known issues, especially environmental ones, which buyers cannot waive if affirmed.
